The server keeps the record
A connection may interrupt an animation after the round is recorded. The outcome does not disappear because the picture stopped. Each spin carries a unique request identifier.
Retrying that identifier retrieves the recorded outcome without charging for another round.
Start with the Retry control
Keep the game open and use Retry. Avoid rapid refreshes or opening more play tabs while a round is unresolved. Return to the relevant game to finish a pending choice.
If your session expired, sign in again and check credit activity. An account’s recorded balance persists; a guest session remains temporary.
Send useful details
Tell Support the game title, approximate time, what stopped and any available round reference. Never send a password.
The credit record helps identify the deduction and award. A repeated animation or slowly updating header does not by itself mean an award was applied twice.
